Return Policy
RETURNS
Drypal does not accept returns. All sales on Drypalcase.com are final and non-refundable.
You agree to this policy by placing an order on Drypal.
The only exception is for a “defective Drypal return”. See below information to learn more.
DEFECTIVE DRYPAL RETURN
Slight imperfections are typical with your Drypal case. However, if your Drypal has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g. the product is broken in half, or is missing parts), please reach out to us at support@drypalcase.com within SEVEN (7) days from the date of receiving the order (According to the date the tracking number shows) with:
Your name, your order number, photos, and an explanation of what is damaged/missing.
We will evaluate the photos, and get back to you as soon as possible with an answer for whether or not your wish to return the defective product was accepted.
If we find that the issue qualifies for an exchange, we'll be happy to exchange your product with a new one.
