Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
When placing their order, the customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address, and Drypal will not be responsible for the package once the shipping carrier has checked the order as “Delivered”.
Drypal will not reroute packages or accept returns/cancellations due to packages not arriving within a timeline.
Drypal ships its products worldwide with the shipping carrier “YunExpress”.
SHIPPING RATES
As of now, we offer worldwide free shipping to any customer purchasing one or more Drypals.
Please note: you may be required to pay the relevant taxes to your country when your items are delivered in order to release them from custom, etc. Which might make the waiting process for your package longer, depending on your country's processing times.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We always try to do our best for our customers when it comes to shipping, and we believe that your order should be delivered to you in no longer than the following times: NORMAL SHIPPING TIME FRAME: 15 DAYS But in some cases, shipping times might extend: LATE / DELAYED SHIPPING TIME FRAME: (DUE TO HOLIDAY, UNEXPECTED SHIPPING CARRIER TRAFFIC / WAREHOUSE TRAFFIC, ETC): 20 - 25 DAYS
Although, if you happen to not receive your package within the timeframes suggested above, make sure to reach out to us at support@drypalcase.com as soon as possible and elaborate further. Adding your name, order number, and tracking number.
TRACKING
Orders placed are normally processed and sent to shipping from the warehouse within approximately 1-5 business days from the date the order was placed. You should receive an order tracking number via email the day/ the day after your order is in transit with the shipping carrier.
